Whalesong Hotel & Spa

This is a regular spot to stay when we're working in the area as it's right next to the N2 (but not too noisy) so convenient. You can't walk into Plett from here, you do really need a car to get around but the staff are helpful, the rooms clean and the breakfast good. We stayed in the villa rooms this time which looked as though they had recently been modernized - very comfortable and a large bathroom with a fabulous shower and separate bath but no sea view or balcony.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, Elizebie the manager was great. The breakfast was delicious and always served with a big smile by Thabisa and the chef. The room was cleaned daily to satisfaction. The location was convenient as it was a 5 mins drive to the restaurants, shopping centre and the beaches. It was great that the property had a generator as load shedding didn't affect us much. Also happy that the room had great wifi and tv media box that allowed us to stream anything on youtube, netflix & showmax. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this peaceful and quiet accomodation.

Location.We loved the tranquility.with greenery and beautiful views. Hard to believe we were in the bustling Plettenberg in holiday season.Opposite a 24hour service station and a few food places. Staff helpful and attentive. Madri was an absolute Gem. Promptly helped with sending something we had forgotten. Breakfast was good ,with fresh sweet fruit and enough options for all dietary requirements. Good WiFi. A buzzing generator & thoughtful Led lights meant we hardly felt the loadshedding hampering most of South African stays.

Nice location and the room was great. Easy to find and the view was just fantastic.

Huge room, bath tube and a shower. Super comfy big bed. Super convenient for long-distance busses (stop is walking distance 2 mins). Always felt safe inside property. Friendly staff.
